I was continuously briefed about how painful my physical therapy was going to be after my shoulder was rebuilt. But I came here and John looked at me and said "pain is not your friend".... in the whole team took me from a place of being immobilized ....to free range of motion....."pain free". but more than that ....this is like a family atmosphere here. We are all just gathered at the table trying to help each other.....
